AI receptionist for aesthetic clinics
Book every consultation, and every next treatment.
You can't pick up mid-treatment. Khairo answers every call, books consultations and treatments with the right practitioner and room, keeps treatment details out of every message, and brings clients back when their next session is due.

- KhairoWelcome! A consultation is £50 and takes 30 minutes. Dr Clarke has Thursday at 11:00 or Friday at 17:30.

01Sound familiar?
Your hours are for treatments, not the phone.
The phone rings mid-treatment
Gloves on, a client on the couch. The call goes unanswered, and that client books with the clinic that picked up.

Voicemail won't catch them
Only 6% of UK adults would leave a voicemail rather than wait for a business to pick up. A missed call rarely turns into a message.

Treatments that wear off, clients who don't return
Botox, fillers and laser come in cycles. A reminder timed to each client's own cycle brought 14–15% of salon clients straight back to book.

03What Khairo does
Made for aesthetic clinics: practitioners, rooms and repeat treatments.
People and places, together
A visit can need a dentist and a chair, or a mechanic and a bay. Khairo books only when everything the service needs is free, and handles an MOT centre that tests several cars at once.
Asks what your trade needs
The registration and vehicle type for a garage or an MOT centre; NHS or private and new patient or not for a dental clinic. The answers arrive with the booking.
Private by default for clinics
For a dental clinic, messages name only the clinic and the time, never the treatment. Bookings store the visit type, not symptoms.
Brings customers back when they're due
See each customer's last visit and last recall. Send a recall now, later, or on a schedule (“6 months after a check-up”). Customers who reply 1 get a call and a booking, and every recall is logged with its outcome.
Handles emergencies your way
You name the emergencies (“strong pain”, “the car won't start”) and choose what happens for each: put the call through to you, book the earliest slot even at short notice, or take the details and alert you at once.
A reminder the day before
A short text the evening before each visit, at the time you choose, so fewer customers simply forget.
Moves and cancellations within your rules
Customers can move or cancel by phone up to the limit you set (24 hours by default), and you're told about each change. Closer to the visit, Khairo puts the call through to you.
Your calendar, or ours
Book into Google Calendar, which stays your source of truth, or use the calendar that comes with Khairo.

05Questions
Aesthetic clinics: what owners ask
How does Khairo handle client data?
As health data. Bookings store the treatment type, not medical details, and messages name only your clinic and the time, never the treatment. Every client record belongs to your account alone.
Can clients book a specific practitioner or room?
Yes. Each practitioner and room (or device, like a laser) is set up separately, and Khairo books a time only when everything the treatment needs is free.
Does Khairo give medical advice?
No. It books the treatments you defined, and the practitioner decides what's right. For swelling or a reaction it does what you set: put the call through, book the earliest time, or alert you.
How do repeat-treatment reminders work?
Set a rule such as “4 months after Botox”, or send reminders by hand. Clients get a message with an opt-out; those who reply 1 get a call and a booking.
Can new clients book a consultation first?
Yes. Set which treatments need a consultation first, and Khairo books that for new clients instead of the treatment itself.
Never miss a booking again.
Forward your number, and Khairo answers, books and brings customers back. Be one of the first clinics, salons and garages to go live.
