Do I keep my number?
Yes. Your number stays yours and your customers dial the one they know. Khairo answers only the calls you forward to it.
How do I forward my calls?
With a code on your phone: **61* followed by your Khairo number forwards calls you don't answer, **21* forwards every call, and ##002# turns forwarding off. It takes a minute and you can change it any time.
Does forwarding cost anything?
Your network bills the forwarded leg of the call, as for any forwarding. Khairo itself counts the minutes it talks, like any other call.
Will callers know they've reached an AI?
Yes. Khairo says at the start of the call that it's your business's AI receptionist.
