Appointment booking: what owners ask

  • Which calendars does Khairo book into?

    Google Calendar, which stays your record and is checked again right before every booking, or the calendar that comes with Khairo.

  • Can two callers book the same slot?

    No. While a caller decides, the slot is held for a few minutes, and nobody else is offered it.

  • Who decides how long each service takes?

    You do. Khairo never assumes a duration: each service has the length, breaks and people or places you set.

  • Is a booking final, or do I confirm it?

    Final. Khairo books only free slots, so there's nothing to approve. If your external calendar refuses the booking at the last moment, Khairo tells the caller you'll confirm by text and alerts you.

  • What about bookings I take myself?

    Put them in the same calendar. Khairo reads it, so it never offers a time that's already taken.
